Villa Kosmos is a small, fine villa with pool on Skiathos – one of the greenest Greek islands, with the clearest water and the most beautiful beaches.
The two-storey villa stands in a 400 m² garden with swimming pool and offers more than 200 m² of indoor and outdoor living space.
The accommodation
The typically Greek courtyard offers an outdoor shower, barbecue and dining area. An east-facing breakfast balcony catches the sun rising over the forest. Ample parking is available.
A master suite with en-suite bathroom, a double bedroom and two further rooms sharing another bathroom are located on the lower floor. The villa sleeps 4–6 guests.
Upstairs you will find the open-plan kitchen and living area with a panoramic window facing the western sunset and the sea, as well as the spacious sun terrace.

The location
Surrounded by cooling pines and fragrant mountain herbs, the villa enjoys an enchanting view of the sea, which can be reached in 10 minutes on foot or in less than 2 minutes by car or golf cart.
The main town is a 5–7 minute drive away – its whitewashed old town by the old harbour offers countless restaurants, bars and shops for every taste and budget.
